Consultation Charges
We offer free consultations with our licensed medical providers. You are not charged for scheduling or attending your initial consultation.
When You Are Billed
You are only charged once you choose to move forward with a treatment plan and medication is prescribed. Billing will occur after you provide informed consent and confirm your order.
Prescription Refunds
Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a prescription has been filled and shipped. All sales of medication are final, in accordance with federal pharmacy laws.
Cancellations
If you decide not to proceed with treatment after your consultation and before payment, you will not be charged. If you’ve already made a payment but need to cancel your order before your prescription has been processed, please contact us immediately at contact@healifymedics.org.
Issues with Delivery or Service
If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., damaged or incorrect medication), please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly, including coordinating with our partner pharmacies where applicable.
